Well I had back muscle strain and some pelvis misalignment issues for a long time, due to bad form excersises, posture and it was affecting my daily lifestyle, can't tell you the amount of pain it caused some times. When I booked my appointment with Dr. Taalat, I was a bit unsure on how it would go, but he explained my all pain points and how we can treat it properly. I have struggled for many years with lower back pain, and consulted many Physiotherapists in the UK and Dubai, but she is genuinely the only one who has managed to resolve the issue. She uses a wide range of techniques to treat the immediate, acute pain but also provides longer lasting results, with tips for stretches and strengthening exercises to do at home. She is a wonder!

Dr Mina is the best physio therapist you will find in Dubai. We worked together on a long rehabilitation program after a knee surgery. His approach was one with knowledge and the right build up to get back on my feet. He is kind hearted, loyal and hard working and I am proud to see him having his own clinic.
Recently I started taking physiotherapy for my operated knee along with Dr Shaima’a and it has been a amazing experience. I have gained lot of strength and mobility after starting the sessions with her and my range of motion has improved drastically.
