ANF is added when the clinical picture suggests it can support inflammation control, nerve-related pain, or autonomic settling.

Does it hurt? Are the discs invasive?

No. The discs are placed on the skin (not inserted), are single-use, and are typically painless. Patients usually feel only the adhesive on the skin. They are removed at the end of the prescribed cycle.

How do I know if ANF is right for me?

Your first visit is a complimentary initial consultation in which a doctor of physiotherapy completes a full assessment. We only recommend ANF when the clinical picture supports it; if it is not the right tool for your case, we will say so plainly.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the condition and your response. We re-assess at every session and decide whether to continue, adjust, or stop ANF based on results. Some patients see meaningful change within a few sessions; chronic conditions often need a longer course.
